Pay As You Go
Do you need one-off or occasional advice - maybe 2 or 3 times a year? This is the option for you. PAYG is charged by the hour and even broken down into 15-minute increments so that you can keep that email or phone conversation short (and less expensive!) Talk to us as soon as you have any niggles or concerns. By doing that, we can address the problem with you early on, before it mushrooms into a serious headache which takes up far too much of your time and headspace. The added bonus to contacting us early on is that it will cost you less to resolve the situation as well.
There's always one guarantee - putting your head in the sand and hoping the problem will resolve itself NEVER works!
Price per Project
Clients often approach Ambridge HR with a general idea of what they need. We then work with you to flesh out the bones of the project and the quote will include meetings, follow-up, associated documents as well as the all important expert guidance.
We don't have a one size fits all price list. The project is specific to your business - whether that's issuing a new contract or conducting a whole company restructure. With PPP, there are no hidden extras.

What's more, you can rest safe in the additional knowledge that you are covered by our insurance - as long as you follow our advice, of course!
Retained Option
Once the basic foundations of your business are in place, it's time to start looking at how we can develop and grow your people.
